How to Create Instagram Highlights
Creating Instagram Highlights is simple and can be done in two ways: using an active Story or selecting from your Story Archive.
1. From an Active Story
- Open Your Active Story: Navigate to your current Story.
- Select ‘Highlight’: Tap the 'Highlight' button at the bottom of the screen.
- Add to Highlight: Choose an existing Highlight or create a new one by tapping the plus icon.
- Name and Customize: Enter a descriptive name and select a cover image for your Highlight.
- Publish: Tap ‘Add’ to make the Highlight visible on your profile.
2. From Your Story Archive
- Access Your Archive: Go to your profile and tap ‘Add New Highlight’ below your bio.
- Select Stories: Choose the Stories you want to include in the Highlight.
- Customize: Add a name and edit the cover image.
- Finalize: Tap ‘Add’ (on iOS) or ‘Done’ (on Android) to publish the Highlight.
Pro Tip: There’s no limit to the number of Highlights you can create. However, each Highlight can hold up to 100 Stories.
